Our kickball team and a few friends decided to head to the ball park to watch the D-backs lose drastically to the Cubs! I personally wasn't paying too much attention to the game but I did love it when they sang, "So let's root, root, root for the CUBBIES!" During the 7th inning stretch. My Dad was the one who taught me, "Take Me Out to the Ballgame," when I was young, and that's how the song went as far as he was concerned :). Monday, July 12, 2010
